Edinburgh
native Katrine Anderson has been singing Scottish
music since she was a child. A classically trained
soprano, she has performed in concert throughout
Scotland, the UK, North America, Brazil, &
Africa at venues such as The Kennedy Center,
Wolf Trap, The Lyceum, Maryland Hall for Creative
Arts, & Cedar Lane Hall.
In Africa & Brazil, Katrine worked with
local musicians in each country on integrating
African and Brazilian music with Celtic music.
Her recent concerts of Scottish songs in Canada
have been especially popular.
